Think I’ve had progress! I have been getting several comments here and there about me being skinny or having little fat. I’m starting to feel better. I’ve been finding more time to run and work out and also have been eating healthier and snacking more frequently. What I feel is my biggest diet tip? Drinking A LOT of water. I’ve been filling a 4 cup water bottle twice a day, so I drink eight cups total each day. It must be filling me up and helping my metabolism because I’m not hungry all the time and I’ve dropped at least 8 pounds of weight. I don’t know much about this blog, but the diet tips and water diet have been a huge motivator and influence, I’d check it out http://realguideforhealth.wordpress.com/
Also, be true to yourself. You know your metabolism and how it works the best. Take care of your body, it deserves it! Lose weight in a healthful, and meaningful way!

I felt like I was doing better eating and drinking the past two weeks. Then the past couple days I was having a little more wine every night again and more snacks due to munchies from getting a buzz. I started to get discouraged again but this morning as I was getting dressed my boyfriend said “you’re getting really skinny again”

Well let’s say that keeps me motivated! Fiber 1 cereal for breakfast this morning, think Ill have a nice big salad with avocado for lunch!
REMEMBER, a little slip up won’t kill your progress (as I was starting to believe myself!)
Stay focused and get right back on track!

Im SOOO trying this today. I need to start making these kind of healthy changes in my life, and they are so easy!
